I am having the weirdest problem at the moment. Whenever I visit my site for the first time it gets stuck on the loading screen, even after the entire site has loaded. I refresh the site and it almost loads instantly from cache...
Is there anything that may be causing this issue or if not, is there a way to disable the loading screen on a user's first visit to the site?
I don't know. Maybe some plugins may cause this. Try to disable plugin one by one and check for this issue. I have never seen this behavior on our web and on users websites.

I will try disabling all plugins, if it still doesn't work is there a way to disable the loading screen?
Disabled all plugins, didn't fix it sadly
You can completely disable preloader in wp_admin > Youplay > Options > General > Show Preloader.
