How do I add an image to a page. I don't get how the portfolio images work at all. Your documentation is seriously lacking and assumes quite bit of the person that purchased your template. I have been using WP for a long time but never used the Portfolio feature so I have no idea how it works. I have loaded the demo data but still there is nothing on the site itself. So far i am not impressed and am regretting the money I have spent on this template.
I can not really figure it out and I do not have a lot of time to spend on this so I am going to make the site out of the theme that I already have. I also don't like how the title gets covered up by the sidebar that I can not get to go away. Not as simple as I thought it would be. It would be much appreciated if you would refund please.
You have no time to just add portfolio item with image? It's like add a post.
You can't make title under sidebar? I thought you saying about content sidebar like here - https://wp.nkdev.info/umbrella/team/. You can change global options to make title under all the content in Appearance > Customizer > Single Page / Post > Content > Under Title:
Or the same option in the specific page custom options:
It is digital product, I can't give you a refund for just because you don't have a time. Just try what I said you, maybe it will be not so hard as your first try?
Also, whats wrong with the demo import? It should work. In some cases when slow internet connection or slow webserver it may failed. You need to wait for 5 minutes and try click on import button again.
