I just bought your "GODLIKE The Game " template but i don't find out if it's just an html css template or a WP one ( doesn't matter either one of the other just wan't to know wich one it is )
also how to set up the members acocunts (as they can create one , logout etc )?
How ot access AdminPanel of the forum ?
as well as linking the shop to my paypal and be able to sell my downloads ?
Maybe you could tell me in wich files i've to set up all this...

In HTML template you need to write backend code by yourself to make members accounts. In WordPress theme this will be done by WordPress core (soon we will make BuddyPress social network support).
Forum and Store - this is also just a template. For working engine you can use WordPress theme.
just a last question, if i choose to purchase WP theme, do you/could you provide assisstance for the setup / configuration of those interfaces please??

when i buyed it, i thought i would have all the requiered files to make those work correctly... just to link thing to accounts / good mail etc ..
You need to write backend code by yourself. For example, using PHP. You need to work with html files.
HTML template - it is just frontend visual part of your website. For working backend engine, you need to use WordPress theme.
