Setting up website

I am hosted with hostgator and learning to set up a site.  I'm setting it up more as a fansite of a game,  describing a town in it which I own and putting up maps etc.

Though there's the possibility I may one day use woo commerce to sell a few digital items.

    Issues:

    1) It is suggested that I upgrade my WP Memory Limit & PHP time limit.  Honestly, I read the documentation and tried google...but I don't know where to find the wp-config.php file:  Image below:

    Recommendations

WP Memory Limit: 40 MB [more info]
    PHP Version: 5.6.29
PHP Time Limit: 30 [more info]
    WP Remote Get:
    Child Theme: [more info]

    2) I don't understand the recommendation to use a Child Theme, nor how to go about using the Child Theme.  Image above.

    3) When I try to disable Clanwars plugin I get a 403: Forbidden error.  This doesn't happen for any other plugins.

    4) On the homepage as you scroll down there are several paralax type images.  I'm able to edit the top image, but there are 2 more I cannot seem to access.

    Hi.

    1. wp-config.php placed in the root of your wordpress website. You can find it using file manager of your host cpanel if FTP. If your website is working ok, you may not change these things.

    2. In the archive with the theme you can find youplay-child.zip. You need to install it and activate. But if you have no plans to make code customizations in the theme - you may not use the child theme.

    3. Could you give me access to you wordpress dashboard? I'll check this and try to delete plugin.

    4. The top banner on the pages you can edit in Youplay Custom Options panel:

    Best regards, nK.
