Those are very kool and I would like to have those abilities for a site that I will be putting together. If none of them are included, could you give me the direct url to those? I looked at the documentation, and all it gave me was the home url and not the specific to find any of those items.

Background video, preloader sprites (png), borders and background music are included in template. You don't need to download it separately.
