Using the customizer you can identify these sidebars globally:
Example for pages: Appearance->Customize->Single Page->Sidebar
Also using Additional Pptions, you can define these sidebars locally
Example for pages:
1. Select page and ckick to edit
2. Find Additional Options block and customize the sidebar tab:
