    After I installed the YouPlay theme in Wordpress, the mobile view was working correctly with the menu popping up with the three bars in the upper right corner, but after Importing the Demo, now the site appears just like a very small site on mobile devices and not like the Mobile preview as it shows in the Customize Theme Appearance. Is this something I can fix easily?

    To add more information... It looks like the mobile version works when I go to http://joshgruberman.info/esotga/(true hosting location) but doesn't work when I go to http://www.esoguardians.com

    Hi Nikita - thanks for getting back to me! It turns out the issue was with my hosting provider and I needed to fix it on their side.  I do have a few questions though new to the product(which is great, by the way!).

    1. How do I remove the Username and Cart and stuff from the top navigation bar?
    2. How do I customize/remove the content all up and down the main page? I may want to remove it or customize depending on the end content. I read the instruction manual and it was great for installation, but I didn't find a customization guide(if offered).

    Hi.

    1. You can hide it using theme options wp_admin > Youplay > Options > Navigation. To manage menu items you need to go to Appearance > Menus
    2. You can edit page content using Page Builder:

    One final question is that I have gotten everything looking good here: http://www.esoguardians.com(it's actually blog post 3) but the post (http://www.esoguardians.com/stamwarden/) still has a header image that I can't seem to get rid of.  How do I customize or remove the image from this particular header?  Thanks!

    Is there a way to get the Backend Editor data from the Main page? I was editing widgets and the YP tags and I lost tags that I needed.

    Got it - thank you!

    How do I reduce the empty space on certain pages?  If you look at http://www.esoguardians.com/, then you can see that there is a large amount of empty space between the Navigation Bar and "Welcome to The Guardians home!" and there is also a large amount of space at the bottom between "Connect with us on Band!" and the footer section.

    Is this something that can be modified?  Thanks!

    You can disable top and bottom paddings in metabox options:

    Footer paddings you only can change using custom CSS.

    I try to remove the background from the configuration page, and it adds it back

    Hi.

    There is problem in the Options Panel library, it is added default image if field is empty... You can try to add a small transparent png image.

    Thank you, I didn't realize that it was a Wordpress featured image that made that preview.  How do I fix this large blue bar at the top of the screen? (http://www.esoguardians.com/magicka-sorcerer-safemode-sorc/). I placed a transparent 5x5px PNG as the image but it is showing that large purple bar in place of a banner.  Thank you for all your support so far, it has been very helpful.

    By default on the banners added background color. You can disable it with custom CSS:

    I found the custom CSS option in the YouPlay options and not the wordpress options... this helped fix it.

    Where is this located, so I can reduce the header size?  "You can disable top and bottom paddings in metabox options".  I have been unable to find the metabox options.

    Metaboxes you can find on the admin edit pages, just scroll down you page edit area and you will see the Youplay Custom Options.

    Are you sure that you need banners? If you already removed the banner background and now want to remove the padding, maybe you just need to disable it and show simple title?

    That didn't do anything - these are posts not pages.
